Working with Life Fitness and Colby Marketing Group, Swim undertook a user-centered process to arrive at an interaction design for the Personal Trainer's Workbench and Gym User's Kiosk. Swim built and tested three progressively more sophisticated prototypes, incorporating user feedback to arrive at a final design specification.
